We are running Paragliding Courses
run in conjunction with the highly regarded Dean Crosby at
Active Edge, former British Paragliding Champion and British
Team Manager. With the added benefit of Baz's unique knowledge
of the area, the user friendly terrain and excellent weather,
these paragliding courses will fill up fast so our advice is
to book early!
Algodonales is renowned for its
blue skies, stable weather patterns and warm welcome. It's a
perfect winter destination between September and April, at a
time when quality training in the UK is rare.
We are also running summer XC
courses in Piedrahita and Pedro Bernado, both great cross
country flying sites.
Elementary Pilot Courses
16th -23rd October 2010
16th - 24th April 2011
The Elementary Pilot Course is
designed for the complete beginner. You will learn to make
pre-flight checks, take off and fly down to a controlled and
designated landing. You will gain a sound understanding of the
principles of paragliding, reinforced with theory.

Club Pilot Course

This course gets you from EPC to a
competent standard working towards your Club Pilot – even if
you don't qualify for CP it will put you well on the way,
allowing you to tick off as many CP tasks as possible.

Thermaling courses are aimed at
lower airtime pilots who feel they are now ready for more
adventurous flying than just ridge soaring.
XC courses are aimed at pilots who
are comfortable with their flying but want to take it to the
next level.
